No Fee for Registration:

    • As of my last knowledge update, there was no registration fee for the Udyam Registration process. However, it’s essential to check for any updates on this matter.

Self- Declaration:

  • The registration involves self-declaration by the business owner regarding the details of the enterprise, such as investment in plant and machinery, turnover, and other relevant information.

Adhaar Number:

  • The Aadhaar number of the business owner is a key element in the registration process.

PAN Number:

  • The PAN (Permanent Account Number) of the business entity is also required for registration.

Verification Process:

  • The details provided during the registration process are subject to verification by the concerned authorities.

Unique Identification Number (UIN):

  • Upon successful registration, the enterprise is issued a unique identification number known as the Udyam Registration Number.

Validity Period:

    • The registration is valid for a specified period, and businesses may need to update their information periodically.
